First Person Roguelike Shooter

Creating d6
Created for Mini Jam 83, a 72hr B-weekly Game Jam. 'd6' is a first person rouge-like shooter created as part of a team of two. Players control the hunter and fend off waves of monster d6's with only a pistol and special dash ability. Each round the player is awarded 1 to 3 Dice to roll, giving a random number of upgrade points each. These upgrade points are then used to increase their attributes between rounds, from damage, to speed & extra dash charges, the better you play the better your chance at getting stronger.
My personal contributions to this project were Design, Programming & UI.
Future Development.
d6 has recently began development again, the project is being ported to Unreal engine 5, with new systems, enemies, characters and traversal mechanics in the works. The Project will also see its game-mode updated, with a new game play loop, inspired by games like doom, where players will fight through rooms of enemies of increasing difficulty.
